  Katie was excellent to work with! I recently moved to Austin and was looking for a very specific home and she was super patient. Moving is such a stressful process and Katie makes it so much better. I had a moment where I needed to be talked off the ledge because it's just an overwhelming process and she was so compassionate. She asks you great thoughtful questions to really help you narrow down your search when you're feeling confused (as I was). She thoroughly went through each place with me and there was a unit that after she inspected she voiced honest concerns for my safety and well-being.   Looking for the best Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are her priority?  That’s Katie to a “T”.  As housing is being snapped up in Austin, we would never have time to begin the entire process from Houston.
Katie took the time to meet us in person and via phone to truly understand what we were looking for in a home.  She sent 30 + listings and dropped everything when we let her know we could come to Austin and spend a couple of days looking at homes (even on the weekend).  Her organization was over the top as she created a spreadsheet listing each property, showing what was important to us in a home (and what was missing).  After each tour, she asked us to give each home a rating of 1-10 which was so helpful as frankly, 20 + tours… very hard to remember from memory.
The amount of effort and time Katie put into walking us through the process is unbelievable.  From being on-site for the inspection to aiding with the title company, Katie was there!
