No! First off, all commissions and negotiable. And always have been. Second, I have a variety of service offerings for every situation and budget. If price is your primary concern, let’s talk. I’ll make it painless.
What is fee only consulting?
Working an off market deal and only need insights or feedback on a strategy? Running an investment deal and want to review your proforma estimates and comparable properties used? Want to work with a pro, but prefer to compensate with an an hourly instead of a large flat fee or commission based on a percentage of the sales price? This option is for you.
Do you work with investors?
Why yes I do. I actually started off as an investor (right after being a homeowner myself) and LOVE working with investors from novice to pro.
